Clovelly & Co. is offering a dedicated co-working space for the community as part of our Autumn Pilot Programme. For two days a week, our space at 163 Clovelly Road will be open to anyone wanting a quiet, welcoming place to work—with espresso coffee, internet, and a chance to connect with others in the neighbourhood.

To maintain a comfortable work environment, we have limited weekly passes on a first-come, first-served basis.

Weekly PASSES & Pricing

We’ve designed flexible passes based on feedback from our February community survey.

about the pilot programme

The Clovelly & Co-Working Pilot runs from March to May. If there’s enough interest, we’ll look to extend and evolve the project based on community feedback.

FAQ

  • Is the space quiet?

    Yes, the space is designed to be quiet but not too quiet—a friendly and focused atmosphere where people can work and meet others.

    Can I take calls?

    Yes, brief calls at a considerate volume are okay. As the space is small, long Teams & Zoom meetings are discouraged.

    Is there a kitchen or food available?

    We provide tea & espresso coffee, but there is only a limited kitchenette & fridge. Feel free to bring your own snacks or grab something from nearby cafés.

    Are meeting rooms available?

    Unfortunately the venue does not have private meetings rooms.

    Is there printing or office equipment available?

    Not at this stage, but we’ll consider adding this if there’s demand.

  • How do I get there?

    📍 163 Clovelly Road, Randwick – easily accessible with bus stops for the 339 and 313 right outside.

    Is there parking available?

    Street parking is available nearby, but it may be limited during peak times. 

    Is the venue accessible?

    Unfortunately the venue does not have wheelchair access. If you have specific needs, please get in touch so we can assist.

    Can I lock my bike inside?

    We don’t have space for this, however there are ample places to lock your bike up on the street.

  • What happens after the pilot programme?

    The co-working space will continue if there’s enough community interest. We’ll be gathering feedback throughout the pilot to refine and expand the offering.
